Paella Valenciana

Saffron broth, rice, whole lobster, chicken, shrimp, squid, octopus, mussels, Cuban chorizo, scallops, clams and sweet plantains.

Arroz con Pollo

Chicken, saffron rice, Cuban sausage, olives and maduros with a touch of beer.

Empanadas

Green plantain or flour crust. Choice of beef, chicken, or cheese.

Borrego

Grilled lamb chops, grilled pineapples, risotto with asparagus, mushrooms, artichokes and parmesan cheese. Topped with a red wine reduction sauce.

Mediterranean Sea Bass

Sautéed Chilean sea bass topped with a white wine sauce made with tomatoes, capers and roasted garlic. Served over Mediterranean rice with carrots, zucchini and lima beans.

Flan de Leche

Rich and silky, traditional Cuban caramel custard.

Churrasco Argentino

Succulent cut of outside skirt steak, garlic roasted rosemary potatoes and vegetables.

Lobster and Crab Bisque

Pulpo a la Parrilla

Grilled octopus, served with frisée lettuce, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, radishes and cucumber in a Lemon-Olive oil vinaigrette.

Peruvian Tilapia Ceviche

Tilapia fillets marinated in lemon sauce.

Berries Salad

Spring mix, toasted walnuts and berries in a Mango vinaigrette. 

Entrees

Fillet Mignon with steamed Lobster Tail

Grilled Fillet Mignon with steamed Lobster tail, served with sautéed green beans, gratin potatoes in a glaze Balsamic.

Vegetarian Paella

Saffron broth, rice, chickpeas, green peas, carrots, zucchini, shitake mushrooms, plum tomatoes, broccoli and asparagus topped with avocado and roasted peppers.

Salmón con Quinoa Risotto

Salmon drizzled in a fresh lemon sauce, accompanied by organic quinoa with red peppers, asparagus, Parmesan cheese and small radish salad.

Pollo en Salsa de Champiñones

Grilled chicken breast in a mushroom sauce, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, potato cake, grilled vegetables, rice and beans.

Dessert

Tres Leches de Fresa

Sponge cake soaked in rum and three types of milk, topped with a thick layer of strawberry frosting.

Tiramisú
