Caesar dressing, Romaine Lettuce, red onions, parmesan cheese, garlic croutons.
Red onions, tomatoes, green and red peppers, balsamic vinaigrette, lemon and orange juice, fresh cilantro.
Camarones Empanizados over arugula salad
Red onions, Cherry tomatoes, radish, cucumbers, lemon vinaigrette.
with crab meat and mixed vegetables (sweet corn, carrots and snow peas)
Seafood Chicken Breast
Stuffed with shrimp, red and green peppers and Béchamel Sauce (whole milk, flour, butter and nutmeg) Accompanied by roasted garlic fingerling potatoes and roasted baby carrots.
Grilled Filet Mignon with Vegetable Risotto
in a red wine reduction sauce.
Pan seared salmon served with a Spring Mix salad made with mango, oranges, grapes, dried cranberries and toasted almonds, tossed with a Mango vinaigrette.
Saffron broth, rice, chickpeas, green peas, carrots, zucchini, shitake mushrooms, plum tomatoes, broccoli and asparagus served with avocado.
Pan-seared Pork Chops
Served with butternut squash puree and grilled asparagus, drizzled with Balsamic reduction.
Mango Tres Leches
Vanilla scented sponge cake soaked in rum and three types of milk, infused with mango puree. Topped with a thick layer of meringue frosting.
Ladyfingers Soaked in Espresso with Mascarpone Cheese
